In order to preserve the vision, mission, and objectives of the Qubbat AlMarifeh Academy, and provide a safe, fun, effective and productive education that builds social responsibility with a true determination that is scientifically hard-working, intellectually conscious, rationally wise, technically modern, Here are the instructions and rules of conduct that helps achieving this:

1-Having good Islamic morals when interacting with everyone.

2-Making sure to pray on time.

3-The obligation to wear school uniforms and school sports clothes in the sports class throughout the school year.

5-Maintaining personal hygiene, and avoiding strange hairstyles.

6-Maintaining school furniture and public facilities.

7-Doing all school homework and participating in all activities effectively.

8-Having anappropriate allowance that fills  the need.

9-Respecting colleagues and school staff and not abusing them.

10-Adhere not to take the mobile phone to the school campus, and if it is brought, it should be handed over to the administration at the beginning of the session.

11-The schools are smoke-free zone, so smoking is strictly prohibited.

12 – writing on doors, walls, benches, and inside school facilities is prohibited.

13-It is forbidden to carry any sharp tool or any tool that leads to harming others.

14-Avoid fighting and forming student blocs inside and outside schools.

15-It is forbidden to bring photos, magazines, electronic storage tools, or wear clothes that contain images or writings that violate the public morals.

16-Not to utter offensive words.

Transportation Fees

1-Transportation of students from their homes in the first morning round starts at six in the morning (maximum), and the delivery of students in the return round continues until four in the evening (maximum).

2 – Any other areas not mentioned in the transportation schedule are not transferred to and from, until only after coordination with the head of the traffic department and the approval of the school administration .

3-we apologize for not entering closed streets, narrow roads, unpaved streets and dangerous paths .

4-adding an amount (to be agreed upon according to the area) to the areas that are not reached by buses and according to the placement of the traffic department and the approval of the school administration.

5-schools have the right to raise transportation fees in the event of the increase fuel prices.

• In case of withdrawal before the start of the official school period scheduled by the Ministry of Education, an amount of 200 dinars will be deducted for each student. (Registration fee)
• In case of withdrawal during the academic year, a percentage deduction is calculated in the finance department

Withdrawal instructions

• Other services (except transportation) are calculated: proportionately according to the actual duration of use, including (supportive education-waiting -…)
• Discounts and privileges granted in the event of student withdrawal are subject to the withdrawal percentage established above

• The registration guide in all its items is an integral part of the registration contract at Qubbat AlMarifeh Academy Schools.
• Registration in the primary first grade from 1/1/2016 to 31/12/2016 for the academic year 2022/2023.
• The maximum total number of exemptions per student does not exceed 35% of the fees due.
• Deductions are made sequentially and not from the principal amount,  so that the highest percentage is deducted first, then the next one from the remaining amount and so on.
• Discounts and grants are limited to tuition fees ( school premium) only and do not include transportation fees, uniforms, and books.
• The student adheres to the knowledge of Qubbat AlMarifeh Academy Schools’ Code of Student Conduct, and his / her guardian signs it upon registration and it is considered part of the registration contract.
• Any privilege or discount obtained by a student in any year is not applied in this year and the next, except with the approval of the administration.
• A new student is considered officially registered only by bringing his paper and electronic file from the transferred school and paying the registration fee and the down payment .
• The seat reservation fee (200) is two hundred dinars and is counted among the school fees, and is not refundable in case of withdrawal from schools.
• To be admitted to the room of supportive education ( learning disabilities), the student is required to attend school with his/her guardian, submit a diagnostic exam to determine his / her needs accurately, and then conduct an interview with the student, all this is done with the specialist in schools, to determine his / her needs accurately, according to approved scientific diagnostic tools, after which the guardian is informed about the student’s situation, to agree on what suits him/her.
• The kindergarten and the Qubbat AlMarifeh Academy Schools accept a student who has I’m not sure about this one that can be treated, Only if the shadow teacher is available with the student. 
• It is imperative that the students in the kindergarten master the use of the restroom.

Playgroup-Kindergarten-Primary School

From the Second to 12th Grade

• The student’s file and the complete papers it contains: (certified birth certificate, previous grade certificates, transfer papers, student record, notecard, any necessary medical reports)

• Financial clearance (in case the student transfers from a private school)

Students from outside the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan

• The required identity papers certified by the country from which they come (the Ministry of education of that country, the Ministry of foreign affairs, the embassy of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan )

• The certification procedures in Jordan are completed by (Jordanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, examinations and tests Department, Directorate of special education

• The seat must be reserved by paying the registration fee, otherwise, the student is not considered enrolled in the school.
• The parent and student check with the school registration department during the announced registration period, which usually starts in February of each year.
• The registration officer calculates all fees electronically on the school system and then confirms them in the event of the approval of the parent.
• The Guardian receives a paper ( student acceptance) from the registration officer, and presents it to the school from which he will transfer, (so that he can bring his file from it, as well as the transfer paper).
• Financial clearance is required in case the student transfers from another private school.
• The registration officer installs all the student’s data in the registration form, especially the phone number.
• The Guardian receives the registration card from the school system, which shows the financial statements, and the payments due.
• The Guardian signs a registration agreement with the schools, which guarantees financial commitment.
• The code of conduct is signed by the guardian from the first to the sixth basic grade, while students from the seventh to the twelfth stage are signed by the same student and The Guardian.
• The new student’s guardian must bring the student’s paper file from his previous school and hand it over to the admissions and registration officer or duly certified by the Ministry of education within two weeks of the start of the academic year.
• The guardian will follow up on the transfer of the student’s electronic file (Emis) from his/her previous school within two weeks of the start of the academic year.

• It is accepted to register a student in kindergarten in Preschool from 1/1/2019 to 31/12/2019 of the registration year.
• It is accepted to register a student in KG1 from 1/1/2018 to 31/12/2018 of the registration year.  
• It is accepted to enroll a student in KG2 from 1/1/2017 to 31/12/2017 of the registration year.  
• Student registration in the primary first grade is accepted from 1/1/2016 to 31/12/2016 of the registration year.
